About Elizabeth

Elizabeth is a transformational Wellbeing and Mindset Life Coach, Business Strategist, playful creative writing teacher and writer. Together with her family, she loves to spend most of her time between coastal Italy and rural France, where they have a large, whimsical renovation project. 

Using a scientifically backed core wellbeing framework, she loves to guide busy, or overwhelmed, people who want to learn how to adapt their lives where it matters. Empowering them to live with more resilience, intention, creativity and enjoyment. 

Elizabeth knows, both from her own experience and that of others, that creating time for wellbeing can affect you in profound and lasting ways. It's a virtuous circle where making small incremental changes adds up to lasting and powerful change.
