My story in a nutshell:

I am one of five children and two of them have additional needs. Family life has never particularly been ordinary.

Now as a wife, a mother of two children, founder of one business and co-founder of another, life is BUSY. Deliberately taking care of our wellbeing is essential to maintain positivity, energy, momentum and to keep spinning the essential plates. Knowing when to set certain plates down is also essential.
