Get A Wellbeing Assessment

Sign up for a Wellbeing Assessment and get back in the drivers seat of your life today.

This Wellbeing Assessment provides a magnifying glass over your life as it is right now, as well as a safe space to explore where you really want life to go.

Our session together is rounded off with the opportunity to co-create SMART framed wellbeing boosting goals.

SMART means: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time bound objectives that compliment your present and future lifestyle intentions.

One of the first steps we take is to go through wellbeing framework, which is a recommended tool and used in the NHS and other various spaces across the UK and beyond. It is called The Five Ways to Wellbeing. During the assessment we take the time to pause at each of the five ways to explore whatever comes up for you.

The Deep Dive

The Deep Dive is a 90-minute supportive self-assessment where we’ll:

  • Explore each of the Five Ways to Wellbeing

  • Rate where you are right now, out of ten, in each area

  • Identify what you’d like to work towards

  • Collaboratively create two SMART-informed goals for each of the Five Ways

You get ten personally aligned, meaningful wellbeing actions that you can start implementing immediately.

After the session: You’ll also receive the completed assessment document, which becomes something tangible to refer back to as you turn your reflections into action.

The result?

  • You've personally led the journey.

  • You've become intentional about where you want to go.

  • You’ve taken time to reflect on your life as it is right now.

  • You've reconnected and learned to be kind to yourself.

  • You've developed practical actions designed to boost your wellbeing and happiness.

Do you want to see what this looks like in real life?

One of the Five Ways we look at is meaningful connection. This is an area people often rate below 5 out of 10.

Perhaps you have friends you'd love to see more of, but everyone’s busy lives make regular quality time difficult. Or perhaps friendships have drifted and you’d like to reconnect.

Maybe you realise you want to build completely new connections through events, classes, hobbies or social groups.

One of the easiest ways to fail at creating a new habit is to choose something you don't actually want!

The important thing is choosing activities you genuinely want to do.

Another of the Five Ways is taking notice – something that can be surprisingly difficult when our minds are full of to-do lists, work ideas, decisions and emotional noise.

When you walk through a park, are you actually noticing the park, or simply getting from A to B? What happens when you slow down enough to notice the hedges, flowers, birds, a worm or even a snail?

Becoming more familiar with and connected to our surroundings can create a greater sense of grounding and peace, while helping to reduce stress.

The Wellbeing Assessment can be used to improve your life as an individual, a couple, a family unit, and professionally too.

Imagine making wellbeing a genuine priority and developing habits that support better focus, productivity and sleep, while helping to reduce anxiety, procrastination and self-doubt.

Imagine creating more opportunities for meaningful activity and connection, particularly if you’ve reached a point in life where success on paper doesn't necessarily mean you feel fulfilled.

Ready to get started?

Remember that there is probably a lot you already do that boosts your wellbeing. Sometimes part of the magic is discovering that, even when you are doing necessary life tasks, with just a couple of adjustments they can become even more helpful for wellbeing - remember the FIVE ways to wellbeing.

Post Script:

You probably know that habits take time to settle. You might need between 20-60 days of practice to feel like something starts to become more of a routine in your life. So keep going and remember the bigger picture is your happiness, wellness and strength: this helps you, and those around you, in ways you perhaps can’t imagine yet.
