  • Choose at least one personal SMART-informed goal for each of the Five Ways

You can use the workshop as a safe space to ruminate - have a curious look at where you are right now and choose next steps that actually fit your life.

In this workshop, we’ll use the Five Ways to move from autopilot to awareness: noticing what is draining you, what nourishes you, and what you’d like more of.

Connect with other curious and hopeful people, while we learn, share and grow together, rounded off with the opportunity to co-create SMART framed wellbeing boosting goals.

SMART means: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-bound. These are goals designed to complement your present and future lifestyle intentions - not overwhelm them.

The Result?

  • You've personally acknowledged your journey.

  • You've become intentional about where you want to go.

  • You’ve taken time to reflect on your life as it is right now.

  • You've remembered you can be kind to yourself.

  • You've chosen practical actions designed to improve your wellbeing and happiness.

  • You’ve started to make a simple, realistic plan using the Five Ways to Wellbeing

  • You’ve connected with other curious, hopeful people

One of the Five Ways to Wellbeing is to keep learning, and it can be more complex to unpick once you consider what you are actually learning.

Also when we dig deeper into what we are learning, it often links to professional obligations. Maybe the topic we are learning isn’t actually an interesting or fun subject. Learning, when it comes to the five ways to wellbeing, is also about enjoyment and intellectual satisfaction.

Perhaps you have let go of past interests, passions or talents that haven’t been able to make time for, in recent years.

Whether it’s birdwatching, DIY, boardgaming, botany, chess, piano, tennis, embroidery, chemistry, painting, languages, or architecture - whatever it is. When you used to include it, you felt more happy.

Maybe you'd love to see more of that part of you again. Maybe you’re wondering how that special slice of your identity can fit into the middle of the tightly packed life you’ve built.

Why this matters

The Five Ways to Wellbeing help improve your life as an individual, a couple, a family unit, and professionally.

Imagine making wellbeing a genuine priority and developing habits that support better focus, productivity and sleep - while helping to reduce anxiety, procrastination and self-doubt.

About Your Host

Hi, I’m Elizabeth and I’m a Wellbeing and Mindset Coach for busy and overwhelmed people including small business owners, teachers and parents. I believe in the power of community and created this workshop to serve people who want better wellbeing - whether or not they can afford paid support right now.

Having trained as a transformational Life Coach nearly 10 years ago and then quickly specialised in Wellbeing, after living through burnout as a teacher, entrepreneur and as a parent, I knew that offering a simple system of how to boost wellbeing in a way that removes uncertainty and offers proven outcomes was what I wanted to do.

My mission is to help people everywhere enjoy life.
